Pamuk CNC
In 1983, PAMUK CNC and Mould, which started its activities in the workshop in Tophane, first started its activities with pantographing. In 1997, it renewed itself by making the necessary investments in CNC machines as required by technology. PAMUK CNC and Moulding was established with the aim of meeting the manufacturing target of the parts needed by its customers, from the design process to the moulding and the final stage of production.
Today, we continue our production of COTTON CNC and MOLD in Seferaga Industrial Site to serve our customers in the production of plastic injection moulds. We serve many sectors such as automotive, electrical, small household appliances and kitchenware.
Flexible Support in the Production Process
Our mould production processes consist of design, prototype, machining, assembly and test prints. In the production process that starts with the data obtained as a result of the design and drawing processes, the processing stage of the mould is completed on machines such as CNC, erosion and milling machines. The machined parts are assembled and the mould is trial printed in injection moulding to be tested. The mould is ready for delivery after it works in the criteria that will ensure customer satisfaction and the desired product is obtained.
